What is O3, and How Does It Work with Air?
O3 is made only two ways. One, when Ultra Violet Rays collide with a contaminant such as carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxides (NO2 and N2O) in the presence of oxygen (O2). Two, {corona} high voltage discharge. Lightning is a perfect example of making an abundance of O3 to purify the earth's surface Nature's way. You have noticed the clean fresh smell after a thunderstorm or dried clothing hung on a clothes line in the hot sun.
High voltage breaks the two atoms of oxygen apart. Quickly these atoms hop back together in three's {O3}. Confused, these atoms do not like this arrangement and want desperately to undo this trio. When this O3 molecule floats in the environment, one of the atoms spots a contaminant to attach itself to breaking away from the other two atoms. To it's surprise, the attack on the contaminant created an explosion. Both the contaminant and the atom are destroyed. This leaves the other two atoms behind. Pure oxygen {O2} without the presence of the contaminant. This explosion changed the contaminant into carbon dioxide and hydrogen which we can breathe.
Should the O3 molecule not find a contaminant in it's environment, it will attack itself to change it's configuration of O3 back to O2 in 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature.
This tells us FIVE important things about O3:
(1) We have only 20 to 30 minutes to use the O3 molecule for an attack on a contaminant.
(2) It is a suicide molecule. It looks for a contaminant to attack destroying itself...
(3) It has a ONE to ONE kill ratio with the attack.
(4) It is made of oxygen rearranged into concentrated oxygen for a short time.
(5) IT IS NOT OZONE. Some say that it is activated oxygen. Others call it tri-atomic oxygen or better understood, concentrated oxygen. When enough concentrated oxygen is grouped together to approximately 50.0 parts per million it is only then known as ozone.
The word ozone is used when the concentrated oxygen (O3) reaches very high levels, over 50.0 parts per million or higher. Ozone compared to O3 is like a TREE in comparison to a SEED. There is little to no information written in encyclopedias, dictionaries, or other texts that explain concentrated oxygen {O3} and it's incredible assets in small amounts "SEEDS". It is the basic components combined into great quantities to make ozone. O3 should be completely separated from the word ozone, suggesting concentrated oxygen or O3 is the proper terminology. Another example: When you are in a restaurant you do not order the ocean, just a glass of water. Even though they are both water, the quantity alone changes their name and meaning.
O3 was discovered in the mid 1800's and has been used for hundreds of applications since: Purifying drinking water, fire restoration, fish hatcheries, the tropical fish industry, manufacturing, and air quality, just to name a few. User-friendly, the O3 generator plates can be removed and replaced blindfolded. Wash them in a liquid soap or oven cleaner with a tooth brush. Then rinse well and dry with a hair dryer. The O3 generator plates produce just about as many negative ions as a byproduct, as a regular ion generator itself.
The dust cover in the rear of the machine snaps out disconnecting all power to the machine. The material can be taken out of its frame for washing. Replace this material back into the frame using the back of a table knife for an insertion tool.
The two control knobs are simple. The top one turns the machine on and off with a little red light to show that it is on.
The lower knob has four settings for both the O3 output and fan motor speed. The amount of O3 being manufactured is relevant to the air flow across the generator plates. From left, the lowest setting produces .05 ppm, next .1 ppm, next .15 ppm and far right, the highest setting .2 ppm. The highest setting is mainly used for a blasting effect. Of course the fan motor on high speed is somewhat noisy.
The high setting is recommended for a blasting effect of a single room for an hour or so to purify everything in that room. The lower settings are to maintain air quality. Placing the machine in the largest room of the house, usually the living room, where doors and people are contributing airborne contaminants to the environment that will be destroyed by the awaiting O3 is the most beneficial position after blasting.

What is an Immune System?
An immune system of any kind, is the first line of defense against all invaders.
The Human Immune System
The human immune system, when healthy, repels anything of an unhealthy nature. Through

Prevent The Potential Chain Of Events with Odatus
Our consultants must work discreetly and closely with your building engineer or A/C
contractor when The Immune Systems are installed.
There are many factors that contribute to The Odatus Immune System being totally effective; therefore, vital information is needed to custom build these units for each particular environment. We must know the number of A/C units and their tonnage {size}. We must consider what the environment is used for; how many occupants; machinery if any, that produce toxins; or chemicals used in the building; what is in the building, like carpet, ceiling tiles, drapes, wallpaper, etc. Again discreetly, we take air quality samples before the installation sending them to an independent lab. A vital part of "a physical" if you will. This will tell us just what we have to deal with.
About 10 days after the installation, another sample goes to the lab. This will guide us in the adjustments needed. Several weeks after, a final adjustment is made to maintain air quality throughout the building. During this time, we advise the building maintenance engineer on how to service and maintain the Odatus Immune System and give pointers on addressing IAQ.
The Odatus Immune System is usually 240 volts and uses less than one fifth amp to operate. It has no moving parts. They are built for every size and style A/C system. They can be mounted either outdoors or inside on any unit from a 2 ton A/C to a 100+ ton chill water system.
Sick Building Syndrome is declared mainly because of the toxic gases being produced

The Odatus-16 For The Service Industry Only
The Odatus-16 can purify an entire duct system, carpet, drapes,
mattresses, and every other thing in an average house in about three hours or less.
The Odatus-16 is the only machine that we build, that can generate O3 so rapidly that it will build up well over the 4. ppm mark in a small area. Because these large amounts of O3 can cause uncomfortable stinging of the eyes and throat, it is imperative to have no humans or pets in the environment during this session even though O3 is harmless.
Before the treatment, take an air quality sample and allow it to incubate for 4 to 5 days. The sample will probably be overtaken with growth. Then take another sample after the service, letting it incubate for the same time. You should have little to no growth in the second sample. If your second sample has a growth that is significant, this merely means that another hour or so of service will be necessary.
Molds and mildews grow in layers. Germs and bacteria, usually grow in colonies. Some environments may have more of these contaminants than the average and would require additional treatment.
When the service is completed, your customer should be provided with an Odatus II unit to play sentry, and maintain what the Odatus-16 has just accomplished.
If addressing larger homes, from 1800 square feet and up, it would be better to employ an Odatus Immune System for even distribution of O3 throughout the home. The Odatus Immune System can achieve what the Odatus-16 can, but it will happen over a longer period of time. Adjustments may be needed to maintain indoor air quality indefinitely.
