How can this be done?
The technology of altering home and office buildings has been made available for several years by ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Airconditioning Engineers) and EPA Environmental Protection Agency) and others to name a few. Most of this technology, suggestions and standards never reach the building inspectors, and most are not enforced. This leaves addressing Sick Building Syndrome with lawsuits instead of building violations and corrections.

The local building departments must enforce the existing IAQ codes and strengthen them in needed areas plus condemn reported property that is unfit for human habitat. Like the fire department, they should begin Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) testing with other hazard inspections on rental property and on request, private property.

The cost is pennies on a dollar to address Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) by reputable companies that are up to date on new methods and products. This technology is unfairly undermined and suppressed to protect money making remediation scams that has cost insurance companies millions in the past.

What we can do to assist President Obama's health care agenda

IAQARA wishes to provide a unique nationwide home and building assessment service that will discover hazards to include biological and chemical Airborne Contaminants Source (ACS). This inspection service will be in conjunction with "in the field training" of new inspectors. This unique inspection service is unlike any other. It will be an expansion to our existing classroom teachings. State and local government, company, and independent personnel will be among our expanded training program.

To add, training of remediation personnel to continue to offer a low cost remediation that does not require tearing out walls, carpet and other building materials, discarding furniture, clothing and personnel belongings and providing a strong guarantee unheard of in the industry.
We, IAQARA, anticipate providing 2500 jobs the first physical year with visions to double the numbers in years to follow.  

Suggestions to President Obama that we believe could be first in line for affordable health care.

Restore the freedom that once belonged to all Americans. Defend the Amendments.
Especially "medical freedom" that will allow the people to choose, mentioned in your agenda.

Immediately overhaul the FDA and any other government agencies that violates the Constitution in their actions. Immediately reclaim FDA as a government agency for the people. Stop funding from private industry such as the pharmaceutical and medical industry. This activity suggest legalized bribery and control. Review FDA's powers. FDA should not be above the law and must behave in a civil manner. They too should taking their alleged violators to a court for a fair trial, not victimising the people with a swat team and/or scare tactics. Their reputation is feared nationally and internationally casting a distasteful shadow of uncertainty on the United States Government. Sadly, it is world wide known that the FDA does not work for the people and the FDA has a mission to destroy anything and anybody that is a threat to the pharmaceutical industry. It is believed that FDA will never permit affordable health care in America. What we can do to assist President Obama's health care agenda will most likely violate FDA's mission. We have already been victimised.

Suggest insurance companies to have the property inspected for hazards to include biological and chemical Airborne Contaminants Source (ACS) before writing a policy. This will reduce their exposure, in turn, offer a lower the premium to that homeowner.

Suggest mortgage holder be held liable for a percentage of the homeowners premium as they are partners in ownership aside from being the lender. This will keep premiums paid to date, saving thousands of dollars in notices and collection, even reduce foreclosures.

ACS must be a covered peril in all homeowners insurance policies. No deductible no exclusions on this part, with a cap. ACS claims are priority claims and must be handled immediately with ACS trained claim adjusters. Payment must be made to the remediation company, mortgage holder and the homeowner, this will insure the remediation and eliminate claims for profit.

Encourage doctors to write prescriptions for ACS assessments by a trained professional. Medicare and Medicaid codes are already provided. This will expose and address treatment to the problem not the symptoms. This investment could save millions in medical claims.

Last suggestion. Place A Federal Watch Dog over Federal and State corruption that will respond and act on public complaints against all agencies and departments on all levels. Reconstruct government employment policies as these employees can and will be fired, not moved to another department. This is moving a weak links down the chain maintaining a week government. Especially agencies responsible for handling complaints filed against insurance companies, corrupt adjusters and more. This would slow corruption that hinders public choice of health care and a program to promote healthy environments.

 The elimination of  mold, harmful germ and bacteria, chemical gases, radon, sulfite and other contaminants in homes, office buildings and other facilities guarantees a healthy environment that will promote healthy people.
